You control your patient records, policies, pricing, patient communications, and consent decisions.
Portal links, exports, photos, and public pages must be reviewed before sharing with patients or the public.
AI-assisted notes, messages, quotes, and receptionist workflows are suggestions, not clinical decisions.
Wallets, packages, fees, memberships, and receipts support operations, but you remain responsible for disputes.
By accessing or using VisionDrive Practice OS, public booking pages, patient portal links, practitioner workspaces, related APIs, or support services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a practice, company, clinic, or practitioner, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
These Terms of Service are written for the current Practice OS product. They are not medical, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Practitioners should review their own professional obligations before using any patient-facing workflow.
